Introduction

Ingredients

    1 large tub of Light Cool Whip
    1 quart of 1% small curd cottoage chesse
    1 large package of Orange Jello gelatin
    1 can of Dole crushed pineapples in 100% juice

Directions

In large bowl combine containers of cool whip and cottage cheese. Mix well. Add package of orange gelatin and mixe well, then drain the juice from the pineapples. Once drained well.... stir in crushed pineapples. Can be eaten right away or refridgerate for 30 minutes.

Serve 3/4 cup in a bowl or stemmed glass for presentation....

Great for Low Carb, low fat, low calorie, high protein snack or dessert.... Also great for diabetics
I think that nutrician caculator is calculating the entire bowl and not an individual serving... So don't be alarmed. This dessert should not be any more than like 80 somthing calories a serving
