Ingredients

    2 Cans Black beans, undrained
    2 Avocados, skinned and seeded
    1 c. Salsa
    1 c. Light Sour Cream
    1/2 c. Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 Tomato, diced
    1 slice onion or green onion, diced (optional)
    Garlic Powder, to taste

Directions

1. Blend black beans in blender or food processor with a dash of garlic powder.
2. Blend 2 avocados with 1/4-1/2 c. salsa in blender.
3. Layer ingredients in pan and serve.
