Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    6 cups Chicken Broth or water, cold
    1 cup dry soup bean mixture
    1.5 cups each of celery, carrots, onions, diced.
    300 grams (half bag) frozen Europe's Best Zen Garden mixed vegetables. Or other.
    1 Tsp black pepper
    1 Tsp Mrs Dash seasoning (your fave, I like cajun)
    1 Tsp Oregeno

Directions

Rinse beans and add to boiling broth (or water) and simmer 60 minutes.
Increase heat to a boil and add veggies/spices/seasonings and continue simmering until veggies are tender. Enjoy.
