Introduction

This is modified recipe to make a version of Brazilian Cheese Rolls. I cannot fin Yoki Sour Starch so I substitute regular Corn Starch. Tapioca Starch/Flour can be found in many asian groceries. Ingredients

    1-1/2 C. Milk
    1/2 C. Canola Oil
    14 Oz. Tapioca Starch/Flour
    7 Oz.
    1 Tbsp. Salt
    1/4 C. Grated Parmesan Cheese
    2 C. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    2 Jumbo Eggs
    1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder

Directions

Combine milk and oil in pot and bring to boil.

Add tapioca, corn starch, salt, parmesan, and mozzarella to boiled mixture. Let cool for five minutes.

Add eggs and baking powder. Combine and knead until a smooth well-formed ball is made.

Form into 1" balls and place on slightly greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes or until you can smell them and they are just beginning to turn a golden color.
