    1 garlic clove
    1 tbsp roasted sesame oil
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 tbsp rice vinegar
    1/4 cup chopped green onions
    2 tsp sugar
    2 tbsp hoisin sauce


Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Serve as a dip or spread.
