    1/2 Cup of Each Organic Green and Organic Red pepper Chopped
    1/2 Organic Red Onion
    1 Small Organic Jalapeno Pepper Finely Chopped
    1/2 Cup Organic Cilantro Finely Chopped
    1 1/2 Cups Organic Crushed Canned Tomatoes
    1 Clove Organic Garlic Finely Chopped
    2 Tsp Tabasco Sauce
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    Juice of a Whole Organic Fresh Lemon
    1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
    As much as desired of Salt & Pepper


Chop up all ingredients VERY FINELY. After chopping the garlic very finely sprinkle some salt to it and mash with the side of a wide knife (push down and mash sideways) till it looks like a paste. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 3-4 hours before serving to allow flavors to blend.

  • My son loves salsa and was looking for a good homemade recipe to make. He really liked this alot. He did add more hot sauce and jalapeno. I liked it fine without the additions:*) - 4/2/07
