Introduction

A friend whipped this up and I modified it to meet my caloric needs. My recipe used Olive Oil Spray which is calorie free but you can use regular EVOO as well. Ingredients

    2 Cups of chooped Fresh Kale
    Crushed Garlic (I used Gourmet Garden Galic Blend)
    1/2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    Olive Oil Cooking Spray (I used Filippo Berrio Salad and Vegetable Spray)

Directions

Heat oil and garlic in a skillet

Add Kale and sautee until wilted but still bright green

Remove from heat

Drizzle with Vinegar

You can try this with other greens such as fresh spinach or broccoli!
