Introduction

Incredibly easy, incredibly healthy, and incredibly delicious! Low in fat and calories--high in protein and potassium. Fabulous on a baked potato instead of butter or sour cream, or great as a dip with any raw veggies. Incredibly easy, incredibly healthy, and incredibly delicious! Ingredients

3/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt, any brand
    1/2 tsp dry dill weed
    1/2 tsp curry powder
    3/4 tsp garlic powder
    3/4 tsp onion powder

Directions

Put all ingredients in a small bowl or cup and stir until smooth. Couldn't be easier! Everyone in my family loves this! It isn't truly Indian (since I made it up and I'm not), but the curry powder gives it a slight Indian kick. You can adjust the seasoning to taste. Makes one good-size serving, or two puny ones, depending on whether you're treating it as a condiment or more of a side dish.
