Introduction

This easy peazy recipe uses rutabagas in place of potatoes, which are twice the calories. As a result, two cups of stew are around 250 calories. Spicing is up to you, but I suggest 1-3 tsp each of salt and pepper to taste, a bay leaf, some oregano and thyme.
