Ingredients



    * Sour Cream, reduced fat, 0.75 cup
    *Ground cumin seed, 1 tsp
    * Italian Salad dressing, 0.25 cup
    * Salsa, 2 cup
    * Romaine Lettuce, 1 cup, shredded
    * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    * Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    * Beans, black, 425
    * 6 Tortillas, 8 inch
    * Taco Seasoning, 6 t
    * Cheddar cheese Shreded, 1 cup
    * Tomato Medium 2 3/5 Diameter

    May add cilantro as a garnish.

Directions

1. In a large skillet cook beef and onion over medium heat until it is no longer pink; drain. Add salsa, beans, italian dressing, taco seasoning, and cumin. Coat 2qt baking dish with cooking soray. Place tortilla on bottom of dish then layer with the meat mixture, sour cream, and cheese. Repeat the layers.

2. Cover and bake at 400 F for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 5-10 minutes (until heated through). Let it stand for 5 minutes. Top with lettuce, tomato, and cilantro (if desired).
