Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    93% Lean Ground Beef, 12 oz (remove)
    egg white, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    Oatmeal, quick cooking, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    Parsley, .25 cup (remove)
    Basil, 1 leaves (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 6 tbsp (remove)
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Be sure to dice all vegetables well. Put all ingredients in a bowl, mix well with hands, form 10 balls. You can brown them first, but I usually just plop them into a red sauce which is already hot and waiting. Cook for 45 minutes on simmer for best flavor absorption.
