Ingredients

    10- one cup servings
    Potato, raw, 12 small peeled & cubed
    * Carrots, raw, 2 cup, cubed
    * Onions, raw, 1 large diced
    * Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    * Tomato Sauce, with tomato tidbits, 1 can, 15 oz
    * Beef, round steak, 16 oz fried till brown
    * Garlic, 2 tsp
    * Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)

Directions

Brown meat and add all other ingredients. Cook till tender , about 90 minutes. 10 - one cup servings
