4 cups Swanson Organic Vegetable Broth
2 lbs. Pork Neck Soup Bones
1 medium onion - diced
1 tbsp Black pepper
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup frozen sweet corn
5 med potatoes - diced
2 raw celery stalks - diced
1/4 cup barley
Directions
Pour vegetable broth into large pot. Add soup bones, onion, black pepper and celery to broth and bring to boil. Simmer until meat begins coming off the bone, then add all other ingredients. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes. Makes 12 1-cup servings.
