Super tasty and super healthy. Great for those with allergies.

This recipe uses oat flour which can be made at home for very low cost and is a good choice for sweeter foods cause it is neutral.

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    3 cups mashed bananas (3-4 bananas)
    1 cup nonfat milk
    1 whole egg
    3 tablespoons canola oil
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    4 teaspoons baking powder
    4 cup oat flour (or wholegrain wheat for non-allergy)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Add ingredients in sequence
3. Mix. It will be sticky
4. Spray pan with cooking spray or grease with oil
5. Bake 20-30 minutes or until top crusts and splits
