    Radishes, 4 large (1" to 1-1/4" dia)
    Carrots, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, .50 cup, pieces or slices
    Cheddar Cheese, .25 cup, diced
    Sunflower Seeds, with salt added, .25 cup
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped

Directions

Add all dry ingredients and then mix together, Add salad dressing of choice.
