    4 Turkey Burger Patties
    1 Medium White Onion
    3 Oz sliced mushrooms
    1 clove garlic, diced
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    2 cups reduced sodium Turkey Broth
    2/3 Tbsp tapioca flour
    2 tsp Herbamare Season Salt


Sprinkle some of the Herbamare season salt into each side of each Turkey burger. Brown the turkey burgers in a pan.

While the Turkey is browning, clean and chop the mushrooms, garlic, and slice the onion into strips. In the same pan as the Turkey Burgers, sautee the onion, mushrooms and garlic.

Once sauteed, re-add the Turkey Burger Patties. Mix the remaining Herbamare with the tapioca and turkey broth, pour into the pan with the onion, mushrooms and Turkey Burgers, and heat until the gravy is thickened and bubbling.

We server over brown rice (rice not in the nutrition calculations)
