Ingredients

    1.5 cup lentils
    1 cup celery
    1 cup carrots
    1 large onion
    1 Potato
    1 tbsp salt
    1 tbsp vegetable soup mix
    water

Directions

Dice all vegetables. Place all ingredients into 6 quart pot, then fill with water. Cook X 2 hours
