    I Pita Pocket
    1 tbsp of Low Fat Cream Cheese
    1 tbsb of Salsa
    50g (half a small tin) of Tuna in springwater
    As much salad as you like

Directions

Spread low-fat cream cheese inside top of pita pocket. Spread salsa inside bottem. Add tuna and lastly salad greens.
