Ingredients

    IN a crock pot put 4 cloves of garlic ( 2 sliced long & the other minced), 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, (3) 1/4 tsp servings of kosher salt 1 1/2 tbsp blk pepper, 1 tbsp of basil buds( the flower part of a basil plant has the most flavor) or you can use basil leaves, pork ( salt , pepper & garlic all around before you put it in your crock pot) & (2) 28oz cans of any brand of whole peeled tomatoes( crush them with your gloved hands but don't squish too much or the sauce will be too thin) cook for 7-8 hrs on low in crock pot .
