Ingredients

    in one bowl mix together
    2/3 cups brown sugar
    2 large eggs
    add
    1 cup canned pumpkin
    1/4 cup canola oil
    1 cup sour milk or buttermilk
    1 tsp vanilla
    in seperate bowl mix
    3/4 cup all purpose flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup oat bran
    1/2 tsp soda
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and only mix gently till combined. There will still be lumps and some flour may be showing
    opt...add 1/2 cup chocolate chips
    spoon into 12 greased muffin cups
    Bake at 400 degrees 20 minutes or till top springs back when touched lightly
    enjoy!
