Ingredients

    Beef, flank steak, 335 grams (remove)
    *Idaho Potato, 1 medium, 8.0 oz (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1.0 cup pieces (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    garlic powder
    onion powder pinch of salt
    pepper to tase

Directions

Cut steak into thin bite size pieces. Brown without oil adding potatoes, mushrooms and potatoes. Add seasonings to taste. cover and turn flame to low. Cook until potatoes are firm not mushy.
