Ingredients

    1.25 lbs - ground lambs meat
    2 tsp - Marjoram, dried
    1 tbsp - Onions, dehydrated flakes (can use more to taste)
    2 tbsp - Coconut oil
    1.5 to 2 cups - prepared brown rice
    2 cups - fresh Broccoli, finely chopped
    1 tbsp - Extra Light Olive oil
    Sea Salt, to taste

Directions

Prepare brown rice according to package directions. Brown ground lamb's meat in coconut oil. Add onions flakes, and marjoram. Finely chop broccoli, do not cook the broccoli.

When meat is cooked through, add rice. Then add the broccoli. Add enough olive oil to lightly coat mixture. Add salt (sea salt is best) to taste and serve.

Makes about 6 servings.

    I changed the meat to beef as my family doesn't like lamb. It was good but I don't think I would make it again. - 5/18/20
