Introduction

I made a really amazing chili many years back, this is my attempt at recreating that chili. I made a really amazing chili many years back, this is my attempt at recreating that chili.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    Pork Tenderloin, 22 oz , trimmed and cut into small bites
    Onions, 1 cup, chopped
    Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)
    Diced Tomatoes, 1 can
    Garlic, chopped, 2 tsp
    Chili powder, 2 tbsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
    Cocoa powder, 2 tsp
    Bay Leaf, 1
    Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp
    Beans, black, 2 cup

Directions

Spray crockpot or skillet with cooking spray and cook onion and garlic for a few minutes. Add pork and cook until it all starts getting juicy. Remove to crockpot and add spices and other ingredients except beans, and mix thoroughly, adding enough water to your desired consistency. Cook on low for 8 hours. During the last hour, add drained beans and stir. Enjoy.
