Ingredients

.5 C Quinoa cooked
.5 C Quaker Oats Quick Rolled Oats cooked
.5 C Barley, pearled cooked
1 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Honey
1 packet of yeast
1 tsp of sugar
Flour, white, 4 cup***
Add as necessary. It depends largely on the amount of water left in your cooked grains and humidity. If you choose to use whole grain flour I suggest you use a 50/50 mix of white to whole grain flours.
Directions
-Put 1/4 cup of water in a mixer with yeast sugar and honey.
-Attach a dough blade and mix it up a bit.
-Wait about 10 minutes for the yeast to bloom and add 4 cups of flour and the grains.
-mix adding flour until it comes together into a dough
- let it rise four 5 to 6 hours
-break into rolls
-Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
