Ingredients

    1 Lb regular size carrots
    4 cubes veggie broth ( udjust to your needs)
    8 cups water( udjust to your needs)
    two slices fresh ginger
    1 tsp sugar

Directions

peel carrots and slice
add ginger
put in pot
add broth
cook till soft
blend to density of your choice
serve hot and enjoy
