Ingredients

    1 Ripe Avacado
    Juice of 1/2 Lime (Fresh)
    1 Small Vine Ripe Tomato, Seeded & Chopped
    1 or 2 Green Onions (White Stems only), Chopped Fine
    1 Clove Garlic, Minced
    Garlic Salt
    Freshly Ground Black Pepper
    Santa Maria Seasoning (All Purpose Seasoning of Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Lemon and Parsley)
    Cilantro

Directions

Chop avacado and place in a bowl. Juice lime over avacado and let marinade briefly. While marinading, chop tomato, onions and garlic. Smash avacado and lime together. Then add tomato, onions, garlic and spices (to taste) and combine. Refrigerate for 30 min or so. Serve w/ chips, tortillas or your fav. mexican meal.

Recipe can easily be doubled for larger groups.
