Ingredients

    2 onions chopped
    2 lbs lean ground buffalo or bison
    1 Tbsp Chili powder
    1 tsp cumin powder
    1 tsp dried oregeno
    2 cups chopped tomatoes
    3 cups Catelli Garden Select Past sauce
    1 green pepper chopped
    1 yellow pepper chopped
    1 can red kidney beans (19 ozs) rinsed and drained

Directions

spray pan with Pam
on Medium heat cook onions and ground buffalo meat until browned, add chili and cumin and oregano.
add raw tomatoes (can of diced tomatoes can be used in place of fresh)
add past sauce
add chopped peppers
cook on medium heat for 20 minutes
simmer on low for 30 minutes or until desired consistancy is obtained.

Lean ground beef or chicken can be used in place of Buffalo. (buffalo is lower in fat and higher in Iron)
