Introduction

Yummy but quick take on an Asian peanut sauce. Yummy but quick take on an Asian peanut sauce.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 tablespoons peanut butter
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 teaspoon packed brown sugar
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (more or less to taste)
    1/4 cup water
    2 cups cook pasta (any variety)
    2 cups frozen or fresh veggies (I used peapods, broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower)

Directions

Boil water for pasta. Add pasta to boiling water. Add frozen veggies to boiling pasta water towards the end of the cook time and finish cooking pasta. (Or cook the veggies in the microwave). While the pasta finishes cooking heat peanut butter, water, and soy sauce in a sauce pan until melted and smooth. Add garlic to taste. Drain cooked pasta and veggies and toss with peanut sauce.

Serving Size: 2 servings of 1 cup pasta and 1 cup veggies
