    Large Red (or orange) Bell Pepper (diced)
    Large Red Onion (diced)
    Three Large Carrots peeled into strips and chopped
    About 15 mushrooms, sliced
    about 5 stalks of celery, sliced and chopped
    about 25 green beans, sliced
    One whole cucumber, sliced then chopped
    one large tomato, diced

mix it all up, dressing on the side
