Introduction

I got this from a EZine to which I subscribe. A nice take on cooked cabbage. I got this from a EZine to which I subscribe. A nice take on cooked cabbage.

Ingredients

    6 cup, coarsley chopped Cabbage, fresh
    1 cup, coarsley chopped Onions, raw
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 clove thinly sliced garlic
    1/8 tsp Salt
    1/8 tsp Pepper, black
    3 tbsp Cider Vinegar
    1 tbsp Honey

Directions

Preheat oven to 400F. Coarsley chop the cabbage and onions. Using a 9X13 pyrex dish toss together with Olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic slices. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes or until tender, stirring half way through cooking time. Remove from oven and drizzle with vinegar and honey, tossing to coat.
