Ingredients

    Add 1 whole canister of old-fashioned oats to
    3/4 c. oil
    Mix thoroughly
    Add 1 cup of coconut
    1 cup of slivered almonds
    1 cup of chopped pecans
    26 T. wheat germ
    1 cup pecan meal
    1 cup lentil flour
    Mix thoroughly
    In seperate bowl mix:
    1 cup water
    1 T. salt
    1 cup honey
    1 1/2 cup applesauce
    4 T. vanilla
    Add to dry mixture and mix thoroughly.

    Heat oven to 285
    pour granola onto 2 cookie sheets and bake for 30 minutes. Stir and bake another 30 minutes, stir and bake another 30 minutes until golden brown and toasty. cool and enjoy!
