1lb pinto beans (measured dry)
1cup stewed tomatoes
1 12oz can of beef brisket
Taco seasoning to taste (I use bulk 1/4cup)
Directions
-Prepare beans according to instructions
-Prepare the rice as normal but include the beef broken up into small pieces and the taco seasoning.
-Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
