1 medium White Onion
1 tbsp. Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
1 tbsp. Ketchup
1/4 tsp. Minced Garlic
1/3 cup Shredded Cheddar and Monterrey Jack Cheese
Salt (if desired)
Pepper (if desired)
Condiments (if desired)
Directions
Finely chop onion.
Mix chopped onion, ground turkey, and the rest of the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Weigh out burgers. Cook until internal temperature of 165 is reached.
Recipe does not include potato rolls.
