I barbecue these on med-low flame in a veggie basket. Check and stir (turn) every few minutes. My favorite combo is with baked potato and pork tenderloin. Tomato, 1 large or 10-12 cherry tomatoes

Tips
Barbecue basket is the best! Preheat, then brush with scant amount of canola oil to help keep veggies from sticking.
Directions
Cut all veggies to approx 1-2" pieces.
Sprinkle lightly with salt and add pepper to your taste.
Bbq approx 20 minutes or less, turning as needed.
