Introduction

This is great with fish or chicken! This is great with fish or chicken!

Ingredients

    2 Large Peaches
    2 Mangos
    2 Medium Tomatoes
    1/2 Onion
    1 cup Orange Juice
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp cayenne pepper or aji

Directions

1. Dice mangos peaches, tomatoes and onion and throw in a mixing bowl.
2. Add orange juice, salt, and cayenne. Mix well and store.
3. Keep in fridge for a few hours before serving.

* I put half of this in the fridge and half in the freezer for later. It is great over tilapia and rice or chicken.
