    1 box of Barilla Plus Penne
    1 can of Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano,
    1 can of Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added
    1/2 C skim milk
    1 package of Lightlife Smart Ground Crumbles, 12 oz
    3/4 of a cup of Miller's Mozzarela Cheese - Shredded
    1 diced onion
    Italian spices and seasonings


Cook Pasta according directions on box. Saute onion with cooking spray and add in soy crumbles. Add in diced tomato, tomato sauce, and milk. When pasta is cooked and drained, mix together with sauce. Add in a 1/2 cup of cheese reserving 1/4 for the top. Pour into casserole dish, top with remaining cheese and bake, for 25-30 minutes at 375 degrees.
