Firm white fish filets grilled ‘til tender & flaky. Comes with a mouthwatering peanut sauce ready for you to pour over and enjoy with your choice of Basmati brown rice or no-carb pasta. Ingredients

    4 - 3 oz. Mahi-Mahi filets
    1/3 cup natural peanut butter
    1 t. garlic powder
    2 T. lemon juice
    2 T. soy sauce
    1 t. sugar (or Truvia)
    1/3 cup water'
    dash of cayenne

Directions

Grill fish & set aside.Place sauce ingredients in bowl, stir well & microwave for about 1 1/2 min. in 30 second increments. Pour over chicken, shrimp, noodles or your favorite stir-fry.
