Ingredients

    1 tbsp coconut oil (you can use olive oil, but I would drop it down to 1 tsp)
    1 cup diced swiss chard with stems
    1 tsp garlic powder
    2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
    Dash (small) of kosher salt

Directions

Trim end of stems on swiss chard and then dice stems and leaves seperately. Heat 1 tbsp coconut oil on med heat for about a minute. Add stems, as they take longer to cook. Let cook for a couple of minutes then add the leaves, garlic powder and the black pepper. Cook for about 5 to 8 minutes stir it a couple of times. I add a dash of salt after it is on my plate.

Serving Size: Makes 1 1/2 cup serving
