Ingredients

    .81 pound round steak
    1 cup mixed color sweet peppers Sliced (Yellow, Orange, Red)
    1/4 cup onion (sliced)
    4 tsp minced garlic
    1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
    2 cups cooked brown rice
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1/2 cup egg breaters

Directions

slice steak and brown inn pan with olive oil
once cooked add veggies.
simmer
Remove from pan
add cooked rice to pan.
add egg beaters
once cooked add meat soy sauce mix well and serve
