Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken in bite-size pieces
3 cups cauliflower
2 cups brocoli
3 cups water
3 cups dry pasta (fusilli)
1 cup diced Velveeta
1 small tomato, diced
1 tsp dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Bring the water to a boil in a pot
Add the cauliflower and the pasta - cook for about 5 minutes, then add the broccoli
Cook until the pasta is almost ready
Add the velveeta, the oregano and the salt and pepper to taste.
Stirr often until the cheese is melted.
Add the diced tomato and the chicken - stirr until everything is hot
Serve
Makes 4 portions.
