Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can Bush's Grillin' Beans Black Bean Fiesta
    1 can Dei Frateli Mexican chopped tomatoes
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    1/2 cup sliced jalapeno peppers
    1/2 cup sliced red bell pepper
    1/2 cup chopped red onion
    9 jumbo black olives (sliced)

Directions

Dump all ingredients into a large pan on the stove top. Let simmer for about 20 minutes. Add chili powder to taste or cajun seasoning.
Serve with traditional chili toppings or eat in spoonfuls on Baked Tostitos tortilla chips.
