Ingredients

    4 - six oz. Pork Loin Chop - boneless center cut
    1/2 tsp Black Pepper
    1 tsp Olive Oil
    1 T Grass Fed Butter (Organic Valley Pasture Butter)
    3 T Shallots - chopped
    1/4 c Chicken Broth
    2 T Dijon Mustard
    1 T Maple Syrup
    2 T Flat Leaf Parsley - fresh

Directions

- Prep & pre-measure ingredients.
- Preheat skillet over med/high heat.
- Season Pork Chops with Pepper.
- Add olive oil to pan.
- Add pork to pan, cooking 3 minutes per side or until cooked through with a slight blush in center. Remove from pan and keep warm in oven.
- Using same pan, add butter to pan, then add shallots, cooking until translucent.
Add broth, mustard and maple syrup. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add chops to pan with sauce, cooking 1 minute per side and until thoroughly heated.
- Serve chops with sauce and garnish with parsley.

** Serve with Winter Squash Puree and Broccolli - YUM!!
