Introduction

We had some eggs that were aging and I just got a craving. Pretty good! We had some eggs that were aging and I just got a craving. Pretty good!

Ingredients

    -4 large hard boiled eggs, shelled, rinsed and chopped
    -1 T Hellmann's Mayo w/canola oil
    -1 T Daisy Lite Sour Cream
    -1/2 t yellow mustard (the kind w/out calories and carbs)
    -salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

Directions

--Chop the cleaned and shelled eggs. Add them to a small bowl with the other ingredients and stir well. Serve on bread, crackers, with lettuce, veggies or just plain (only egg salad is in the nutrition).

--Makes 2 servings of 1/2 C each.
