Sean's morning breakfast. this is a little sweet. Add frozen strawberries and orange juice (instead of pineapples and almond milk) to tart it up some. Ingredients

1/2 cup frozen berries
1/2 cup frozen pineapples
4oz Almond Milk Vanilla
4oz Vanilla Soymilk
1 serving (scoop) Pure Whey Protein Powder
1 small banana
Directions
The night before put all ingredients into a blender with the frozen foods going in first, then break up the banana into the blender, the protein powder on top of that, and then the liquids.
Let sit in the fridge over night. In the morning blend smooth, starting at a slow speed and build up. Enjoy.
