Introduction

Ingredients

    .1 medium onion chopped
    .5 cloved of garlic crushed
    .500 grams of turkey cubed (your choice)
    .1 tsp miso (optional)
    .500 grams fresh washed okra
    .2 tbsp cooking oil
    .750 grams red peeled cubed tomatoes with juice
    .salt and pepper to taste
    .1/2 tsp cinnamon
    .1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves

Directions

- heat the oil in wide cooking pot, sauté the onion till golden
- add the garlic and coriander
- add the meat and miso cook for 3 min
- add spices and salt
- add okra and cook for 6 min turning ocassionaly
- add tomatoes cover and leave for 30 min.

serve with rice ......BON APPETIT!!
