Ingredients

    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 2 cup
    Banana, fresh, 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour, 1.5 cup
    Baking Soda, 2 tsp
    Baking Powder, 4 tsp
    Canola Oil, 1/4 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, 1.5 tbsp
    Salt, 2 tsp
    Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 6 large

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine all of the wet ingredients plus the cinnamon in a very large mixing bowl.
3. Once thoroughly mixed, add the sugar, baking soda, powder, and flour until it forms a thick dough.
4. Spray an 11x14 deep baking dish with canola spray then bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
5. Let cool before cutting.

    Salty for some reason. I think this is too much baking powder. Will try again with half the amount. - 8/26/18
