Ingredients

    2 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    2 1/4 cup whole rolled oats (oatmeal)
    3/4 cup chocolate (nuts, raisins, coconut or whatever suits)
    3 scoops of Hemp Seed Hears (or flax seed or etc)
    1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    3/4 cup butter (or veg oil)
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1 cup fresh (or frozen) peaches (or apple sauce or zucchini or pumpkin)
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla
    2 large eggs

Directions

pre heat oven to 350
Combine flour, oats, chocolate, hemp seeds, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in bowl.
Beat butter and sugar together in separate bowl.
Add peaches, vanilla, and eggs to butter mixture and mix thoroughly.
Combine dry and wet ingredients - it is very thick
Press mixture into pan bake 18 - 22 minutes till firm
Cool and cut (if you try to cut before cooling it crumbles)
