Ingredients

    2 large cans (12.5oz ea)Chunk Chicken Breast In Water
    2 or 3 tbs Light Miracle Whip
    1 Squirt of Yellow Mustard to taste
    1/4 cup chopped onion to taste
    1 chopped (Large Dill) pickle (or your preference)

Directions

Drain the water from the cans of chicken. Put all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and combine. Makes at least 10 servings at 2 oz each. Serve on whole wheat bread as sandwiches.

    i dont think this is healthy...the chicken is out of can..not fresh bought from market chicken breasts..and there's mustard n miracle whip?hmmm..... - 10/30/07

    no, it's not a healthy food. I have also cut up chicken that I have cooked myself. As far as the Miracle Whip or Mayo, I don't know a good substitute.
