Low Cal Chili Low Cal Chili
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1lb Ground Turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    1 Large Onion
    2 cloves garlic minced
    4 pieces cerlery chopped
    1 can (27oz) Bush's Chili Beans, undrained
    2 cups water
    1 tsp chili powder ( or to Taste)
    1/2 cup of Ketchup
    1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper or hot pepper sauce

Directions

In large non-stick, cook turkey until lightly browned. Push to one side of pan. Add onion, garlic, and celery and cook until soft. Drain excess fat. Mix in remaining ingredients and simmer 30 to 45 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
