Ingredients

1 cup of old fashioned oats
    2 no calorie sweetener packets
    dash salt
1 cup almond breeze 40 calorie milk
2/3 cup of crushed pineapple, lightly drained
    1/8 tsp of coconut oil
3 tbsp of shredded sweetened coconut
    splenda no calorie sweetener

Directions

In a medium pot, combine the oats, sweetener packets, salt, and almond breeze milk. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cook for 12-15 minutes, until it becomes thick and creamy. Remove from heat.

In slightly cooled oatmeal add the pineapple and coconut oil and mix well. Serve into a bowl.

On top, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of the shredded coconut and a little (about 1 tsp) of the granulate no calorie sweetener.

Serve warm. Refrigerate any leftovers....there most likely won't be any.
